We offer FREE international Express shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Europe, China

Your order is custom made it takes 7 business days while we make your item BEFORE being shipped.

Most items arrive at 14 days once shipped

The Courier websites’ say that “Express Shipping routes AU are temporarily closed” Due to the lockdowns and border closures across Australia. This means I will need to use Australia post. Which will take longer than usual times to arrive. I’m sorry about this but unfortunaly I can’t do anything about it as I’m in lockdown too! As a guesstimate it may take up to 6 weeks.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MAWEEPET is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 7 days  for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@maweepet.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

The couriers MaWeePet uses are DHL, Yun Express and FEDX depending on your address. However it is their policy to not accept PO Box parcels. Please communicate with Maweepet as it may be possible to use regular Post instead of a courier. Please communicate before ordering. info@maweepet.com

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition,  we will refund the full order amount. We do not refund Sale items unless damaged.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@Maweepet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
